It is an awesome game! It hits the DND feel right on the dot, and it's baldurs gate just more accessible! I have experienced a few bugs, but they either have been patched or are well known ones with a workaround (such as killing the necromancer when he's not casting a spell). I have a small phone, so it's a bit harder to control, but I knew what I was getting into and it's still possible! It's harder to navigate on a small phone, but I'm fine with it. Amazing game overall, I'd recommend it!

3 so far.. because the tutorial is ridiculous.. are we supposed to just know what the buttons are? the spells have no identifying info... it's a big guessing game... I was looking forward to this game but already starting to regret this purchase

Baldur’s Gate is a classic RPG masterpiece, and its arrival on Android once felt like a gift to mobile gamers. Sadly, that gift has been abandoned. As of late 2025, the game is riddled with severe visual glitches that make it unplayable

Worked great on my old Samsung A52, but does not work on my Samsung A56 Android 15 as others have noted. just coloured lines and boxes and totally unplayable. keeping it installed to wait for an update that fixes this then it will be five stars. Update: Since my review the game has been updated and now works perfectly. I love this game and these devs!

Good game, obviously But, the user interface on a handheld screen is not sufficiently tailored to user needs. Its a miniature PC game on a phone, nothing less, nothing more. I would really want an option to ZOOM on the entire UI anywhere in the game. It's very hard to see details, read text, select small things. I dont think it's appropriate that i should need to take sceenshots to zoom in on particular details and then return back into the game to continue playing Will not be bying sequels (

A good version of one of my all time favorite games. Unfortunately it is broken at the moment and has been broken for literally years now so it's not being fixed. Super common game breaking bug where one of your party members (often late in the game) stops following commands and just stands there. You can issue them new commands and the take a step or two then stop moving or attacking all over again. Makes the game unplayable and even when loading older saves it seems to reappear. Do not buy.

Broken and buggy on Pixel Fold 10 flipped open. Fold 10 has only been out for a few weeks, so I can forgive that. Please patch games to address control input issues and my review will be updated.

Deja Vu all over again. Why did you guys update this like the second title? Unlike the second game where I can't download it whatsoever (still can't), sadly I can and now my saves are in random order and the menu system is hard to use. Haven't you heard the saying of if it ain't broke don't fix it. Well you definitely broke this game... Worse I paid full price for two of your titles and I feel I got ripped off as I can't play either of these now. Is microtransactions also a new item you add

If you love BG this is a great game that stays true to its roots. HOWEVER, I have experienced a bug that can make navigating a bit tricky. Any time I go to view the local map in any place of significant size, it crashes. this means that even though the world map is fine, I can't load it unless I go to leave an area. it's not an insurmountable bug and seems to have mostly to do with the memory usage in my phone (Samsung J7) but for a person that has never played this classic game it could be so frustrating they just quit, especially when they are looking for specific places in the city proper.

Please fix the gesture zooming. I can't select some containers because of its very small size. The blue button appears when zooming in very closely. But if I let go, it resets back to the default zoom, and the blue button is no longer visible. It works when using the mouse wheel when a mouse is connected though.

this game is great.. but that being said, their little dlc is a joke I can make better characters and I already have. I have this on pc and have multiple custom characters.I also made two with their own voices. beam dog making extra characters was a waste of their budget they need to enable file altering so I can have them on my phone otherwise half the fun is missing. also android/Google has hidden the app files on my newer phone so I can't see them if I wanted to thank you google/android/play
